DEVOTIONSL: LET GOD REPLACED YOUR ANXIOUSNESS WITH PEACE

6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7NIV

Prayer is not just a simple conversation of request to ask for something to God, but it is a divine source of everything for us to live. And yes, the best thing first to start our lives every day is to pray.
Most of the time, as we live in this world, these are common struggles we have, such as our daily needs and more for the future. To think all of it, it causes ourselves to feel overwhelmed and become more anxious. But the truth is, who is the provider of all our needs even from the past, in this very present time and in the future?
We might be in this situation now, but always know that our God reminds us from his word today with encouragement and offer us the best and only way to overcome it all. It’s for us to pray, to surrender all these burden to Him. For the Lord alone, is the only One who is able to do it for us and be free from anxiousness and receive peace.

OUR PRAYER IS  OUR PERSONAL WORSHIP.

P- Present yourself pleasing and acceptable to God.

  • Romans 12:1-2
12 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

R- Request with thanksgiving, honesty and humility despite of your circumstances.

  • Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

A- Admit that you can’t, but He can.

  • John 15:5 Jesus said, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

Y- Your will be done, Lord.

  • Isaiah 55:8-9New International Version
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,”
    declares the Lord.
9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Today, let’s all start to have a heart to heart prayer with our Loving Father in heaven. Let’s present all our struggles unto him with transparency. God knew our situation but He wants to hear it from you confessing it with honesty and humility. Let’s all come to Jesus and submit it all in prayer. In His name there is power to make your prayer powerful.

Prayer:
Dear Lord,
I come before You today acknowledging that I am feeling overwhelmed. The worries and anxieties of my day are weighing heavily on my heart and mind. Lord, my mind races with thoughts of what might happen, and I feel like I am losing my balance. I surrender these burdens to You. Where I am weak, I ask that You step in and be my strength. Please calm the turbulence inside me. Replace my anxious thoughts with Your perfect peace that passes all human understanding.
Help me to remember that I do not have to carry this all on my own. Teach me to let go of what I cannot control and to trust in Your goodness, Your timing, and Your provision. Guide my steps, and give me the clarity to see Your hand at work and let Your will Lord, be done in my life.
Thank You, for Your unfailing love, and for hearing my prayer
In Jesus mighty name, I pray. Amen.

DEVOTIONAL: SALVATION MEANING AND ITS IMPORTANCE

Salvation (also called deliverance or redemption) is the saving of human beings from sin and its consequences—which include death and separation from God—by Christ's death and resurrection, and everyone who accept this truth will be restored through faith and have eternal life. Note, that the word death here is not about a physical death but a spiritual death. So, this spiritual death and separation from God start from the time when humans disobeyed God which is written in the book of Genesis 3 ( please read the full chapter ) . Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. And because God so love the world He made a way in which He sent his one and only son Jesus Christ to deliver and redeem us from being perished because of our transgressions and sin. John 3:16 , which says, "For God so loved the world that he g...

DEVOTIONAL: PAGTAMO NG KARUNUNGANG MAKA-DIYOS

Many are the plans in a person’s heart,  but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.

DEVOTIONAL: IMPORTANCE OF REPENTANCE

Repentance is important because it allows for forgiveness, spiritual growth, and a renewed relationship with our Heavenly Father. It is an act of turning away from sin and walk toward a path of a healthy spiritual life  which leads to freedom from guilt, healing, and a fresh start. It is often seen as a prerequisite for spiritual progress and salvation. It is also an  act of feeling remorse for all the past wrongdoing. Knowing also that in every mistake that we are going to commit in this present and in the future has a consequences(including the past). So it is called to repent and not to repeat. We have to choose wisely our path by changing our mindsets and behaviour by walking towards a better way of living   fixing our eyes to Jesus.   This involves acknowledging one's actions base not by human judgement but by what Christ Jesus teaching, and committing to a change in attitude and actions in the name of Christ Jesus. A key verse on repentance is 1 John 1...
