To utter a word of prayer is not just talking to an ordinary human being but having a heart to heart conversation to a Holy and a Mighty God. Without the knowledge and wisdom from Him,it will be like as if we are God, and He is the human. Can you imagine? We might commanding God to do the things we wanted to happen in which very far from his will and this is an example of a very wrong approach unto Him. Our prayer consists of the following: Adoration/Praise: Honoring God. Confession: Acknowledging sins and seeking forgiveness. Thanksgiving: Expressing gratitude.
